Port Marie is the southwest city on Libery. It is the first city encountered in Libery. When the city is liberated, the locals tell the Commander and his forces that the Crimson Empire has been dumping toxic chemicals into the bay and that, if the pipe is followed, it will lead straight towards the Doomsday Device.
